Gender Recognition Certificates and Detransitioners

People say “kafkaesque” is over-deployed but I am using it for this one.

I did a series on Gender Recognition Certificates over on wordpress, which I will link at the bottom; In this series I covered an interview with a member of the Gender Recognition Panel (GRP)who talked about how “enabling” the panel is; a rather unfortunate choice of word now we know they enable male rapists to be recognised as “women”. I also covered a man who was turned down, three times, for a Gender Recognition Certificate, by the GRP , but was able to get the refusal overturned by a single judge. The thrice refused man also married three times, fathered seven children and served prison time after obtaining explosives, with the intent to endanger life (. I don’t know about you but this screams LAYDEE! ) Another in the series covers a man who was, I believe, the first man to get a Gender Recognition Certificate from within prison. He was serving a sentence for manslaughter but was released, to a female bail hostel, only to be recalled to prison, five days later, for the brutal attempt to rape a woman. I also include Owen Jones and Ruth Hunt, laughing about women who opposed the reform of the Gender Recognition Act, calling the right to self-identify, as women, with even less gatekeeping a mere “administrative change”.

Basically a detransitioner enquired about the route to revoke their Gender Recognition Certificate and change their legal documents to reflect their biological reality. It seems they had initially assumed they would need to get confirmation they were no longer suffering from “Gender Dysphoria” and, moreover they had ceased to believe in the ideology underpinning the notion of a “Gender Identity”. What they wished to do was genuinely return to their “authentic self”.

The reply from the Gender Recognition Panel was keen to disabuse the correspondent of these notions. No, instead, the poor soul had to apply again for a Gender Recognition Certificate which confirms that their actual biological sex matches their “gender”! In other words they have to profess a continued belief in Gender Identity Ideology and find two specialists, in the field of “gender medicine” to diagnose the correspondent with “Gender Dysphoria” about their actual biological sex.

Mad as this is we need to be mindful that this is someone who regrets their “transition” ; they may be missing body parts and have irreversible damage to their body. Quite likely the last people they trust are “Gender Specialists”. Furthermore the ghouls who profit from the broken bodies of our children have a vested interest in minimising the number of people recorded as “detransitioners”! I would imagine this unwillingness to admit the scale of regret, I am seeing, is shared by the NHS, politicians and everyone who has championed “transgender” ideology.

I am followed my new detrans accounts on the daily, there are 47,000 members of the detrans reddit account. I am currently working on an NHS “Trans” policy which has guidance about how to create NHS records for detransitioners. ¹ A clear indication that rising rates of regret are being seen on the NHS.
