Trade unions and Transgender Ideology
Trans Britain: A series.
I am still working my way through the book, Trans Britain, by Chris Burns: a Trans-identifying male who describes himself as a mum, grandma and Lesbian.
I am endeavouring to map all the influencers lauded by Burns, and other contributors. by adding my own research. Because the Trade Union movement is such a significant player I did a three part series; based on a chapter by a Lesbian (the old fashioned kind; sans penis), Carola Towle.
Part One:
In this piece the roots of “trans-inclusive” initiatives is traced back nearly fifty years.
There was some reluctance to add the T to Lesbian and Gay groups which Towle ascribes to “transphobia” and being unwilling to embrace change. It is made abundantly clear that the Trade Union movement outsourced its policy direction to trans activists at the outset; inviting prominent members of the Trans Lobby to advise them. Claire McNab, of Press For Change, was allowed to sit in on high level Union meetings.
Along the way we learn how many of these activists were also embedding themselves in the NHS, political parties, Gay rights organisations and women’s groups. Most of the activists are heterosexual, males; some open about their cross-dressing (transvestite) past.
Part One on Trade Unions is below. 👇 (Part 18 of the entire series on Trans Britain)
Part Two
Phillippa Scrafton
Covers explores the background of the named Union Influencers. Phillippa Scrafton is another man formerly in a heterosexual marriage. It took just two years, post “transition” for Phillippa to grace the cover of the Unison magazine.
Not everyone met his infiltration into the “woman” category with unalloyed joy. His attempt to lecture women, at the woman’s conference did get some pushback from the women.
Lisa Persechino
There is one black “trans-identifying” female covered, briefly, but then it’s back to fetishistic men. Lucy Pershechino is another heterosexual man who left his marriage and now calls himself a Lesbian; he obtained a post on the Unison’s National Committee. Pershechino was one of two male “Lesbians” featured in Russell T Davies series Cucumber, Banana, Tofu. (It is noteworthy that Davies does not attempt to sell trans-identified females as gay men but he’s happy to throw lesbians under a bus). Persechino is also a self-employed Dominatrix. Here is a quote from Persechino which appears in Tofu.

Part Three
In part three, we learn there was some opposition from “trans” identified people to their inclusion with Lesbians and gay men. Towle found this intervention 👇surprising coming from a “trans” delegate. They clearly felt being associated with the L & G would somehow “taint” the “trans” community.
In fact it is not unusual to find homophobia in the “transgender” movement. Some prefer to claim an opposite sex identity rather than acknowledge their own homosexuality. The society for heterosexual, cross-dressing, men (Beaumont Society) also explicitly stated that no “overt gayness” would be tolerated.
Emma Proctor
We also meet Emma Proctor who was elected to the National Executive Committee to a seat which was either reserved for women or for a “trans” rep.
Not content with merely infiltrating the women’s conference, Proctor was clearly keen to get elected to a leadership role and was elected chair of the women’s commitee! (Note Jess Phillips makes an appearance alongside him).
Meanwhile Proctor is also part of the trans caucus and using that role to push for reforms to the Gender Recognition Act.
Peter/Victoria Benjamin
Victoria Benjamin is circled here in a Unison photograph which was used by Transgender Europe
I did as much follow up on all the names people in this photograph and discovered that Victoria is another heterosexual man, thrice married and with a history of transvestism. Victoria, however, is now a detransitioner, Peter, having had full surgery of the type described as “sex reassignment surgery”.
Captured Unions is a major issue, in the United Kingdom, because of their significant financial, support for the Labour Party. Gaining a stranglehold in the Unions paved the way for the capture of the Labour Party.
Some of the trans activist combined their Trade Union Activism with Labour Party roles and at least one, featured in this chapter, stood for election.
Carola Towle
Carola Towle talks with great fondness about the vibrant Lesbian scene which existed in her youth. It’s not known if she is aware that Tasmania recently declared, female only, Lesbian spaces illegal.
On the issue of single sex spaces she clearly sides with the “vulnerable” menfolk.
I hope the junkets abroad were worth it Carola. Here she is at ILGA; an organisation that originally began as a gay rights organisation but, as far back as 2003, guaranteed that it would campaign to add “gender identity” to any resolutions at the United Nations.

Terrific work.
Brava! I'm allowing myself one sub a month and you won. As the ex-wife (trans widow) of this kind of bloke, I decided to speak out, lost my relationships with my 2 sons, as a result. Their father is a wealthy COO of tech company, lots of influence since 2015. Tish! You matter so much.
Here's a link to short video at my YT channel, Ute Heggen, reading the 1990s words submitted in court in Brooklyn, NY in the 1990s, stating that it was my fault. It is from outside influences, all of it. Money, Hollywood, etc. This link is about the shrink. In another one, I excoriate Randi Weingarten for not consulting her Early Childhood Speciallists.
